Subsea Engineering Services
The structural design will be according to the principles of limit state design similar as for civil engineering and subsea mechanical engineering.
The steel pipe stress analysis and engineering can be used for all types of piping systems such as subsea manifold piping system, flow line spools and jumpers, pig launchers and receivers etc
The structural analysis of subsea or offshore structures are done with the structural software for analysis and design, SAP2000 by CSI America. The piping analysis of manifold piping, pipe jumpers, pipes in pig launcher and receivers is done using the piping software TRIFLEX.
The finite element analysis of parts and components is done using SolidWorks Simulation. For fatigue analysis, TRIFLEX and SolidWorks Simulation is best suited to find the hot spot stresses, but also SAP2000 can be utilised for a nominal stress methodology.
